- Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance & Control from incoming raw materials and in-process checks to final product inspection and dispatch clearance.
- Ensure BIS certification compliance and adherence to applicable standards (IS 16102, IS 10322) for all LED products manufactured.
- Manage OEM brand partner audits and quality requirements.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for internal rejections and customer complaints.
- Monitor and control quality KPIs rejection rate, first-pass yield, DPMO, and warranty returns and present MIS reports to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team; drive Lean & Kaizen initiatives to build a culture of continuous quality improvement on the shop floor.
