Responsibilities The Quality Inspector & Supplier Coordinator Engineer will be responsible to:
- Process Dock Audits
- Process PPAP documents
- Track and manage supplier cycle times when requested.
- Provide video reviews of current suppliers when required.
- Inspect PPAP samples.
- Inspect Production parts per AQL
- Review documents and revert back to supplier when corrections needed.
- 8D capability and application if needed.
- Provide technical support as needed to supplier.
- Work with supplier to build Gantt charts and robust Control Plans
- Join Teams meetings as required.
- Report daily supplier activity to Bangalore office.
- Perform supplier and process audits as required in local area
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineer degree
- 1-4 years’ experience/training with metrology equipment such as CMM, height gauge, profilometer, mics, etc.
- Mini-tab experience preferred
- Quality Inspection experience required
- Willing to travel
