Quality Inspector – In-Process / Dimensional Quality

We are looking for experienced Quality Inspectors with hands-on experience in in-process and dimensional inspection of steel castings.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform in-process dimensional inspection of steel casting components.

Measure and inspect parts as per engineering drawings and required specifications.

Use Vernier Caliper, Degree Protractor and other measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.

Check critical dimensions, angles and other specified parameters.

Identify dimensional deviations and report quality issues to the concerned team.

Maintain inspection reports and quality records.

Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and inspection procedures.

Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for resolving dimensional issues.

Handle inspection of heavy steel casting components,



with minimum part weight of approximately 350 kg.

Ensure proper inspection practices are followed for large and heavy components.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspection.

Experience in steel casting industry preferred.

Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection and in-process quality.

Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Degree Protractor and other measuring instruments.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.

Experience handling inspection of heavy/large casting components.
