- Conduct Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection of raw materials, PCB/MCPCB, electronic components and finished products.
- Identify and report visual, dimensional, electrical and functional defects and segregate non-conforming materials.
- Perform inspection and testing using measuring instruments such as Multimeter, Vernier Caliper and gauges.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, rejection/rework records, check sheets and material traceability.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, 5S, RCA/CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
