Job Summary

We are a mid-sized specialty MRO Aerosols & chemicals manufacturing company based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, seeking an experienced and technically strong qualified to head the Quality Department.

This role involves leading and improving:

1. QC Lab Operations & Documentation
2. Quality assurance compliance and audits (ISO 9001 & 45001)
3. Product development & R&D; activities, Quality Documentation
4. Implementation of QC tools, Kaizen, etc. including training.
5. Improve production processes & safety operations
6. Lead NABL, NSF and other international registrations
7. Handling customer audits, departmental audits, and site visits.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years experience as Quality/ R&D;/ Compliance head in FMCG / household chemicals / cosmetics / formulated products
- Young, dynamic with excellent communication skills
- MSc / Btech or similar
- Strong technical background with leadership experience
- Good organizational and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates from nearby locations preferred
