Job Summary

Satisfaction Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the positions of Quality Incharge for our manufacturing plant at BRG Industrial Park, Indore. The ideal candidates should have experience in the Seat Manufacturing and Automotive Industry with strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, audits, process improvement, and customer quality requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Quality Incharge

- Lead and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions of the plant.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and standards in line with customer and industry requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product quality at all stages of production and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Handle customer quality requirements, complaints, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Customer teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Assistant Quality Incharge




- Support the Senior Quality Incharge in daily quality control and assurance activities.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Monitor production quality and report deviations or non-conformities.
- Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and process improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and customer specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Seat Manufacturing Industry and/or Automotive Industry is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection Systems, and Process Audits.
- Knowledge of customer quality requirements and quality documentation.
