Key Responsibilities:

- Raw material, packaging material aur finished product ki quality inspection.
- Production process ke during in-process quality checks karna.
- GMP, GHP, HACCP & Food Safety requirements implement aur monitor karna.
- Product specifications ke according sampling aur testing karna.
- Quality parameters aur laboratory test reports maintain karna.
- Production area me hygiene, sanitation aur personal hygiene monitor karna.
- CCP/CP monitoring aur records maintain karna.
- Non-conformity identify karke corrective action/CAPA ka follow-up.
- Finished goods release aur quality documentation maintain karna.
- Pest control, sanitation, cleaning aur hygiene records verify karna.
- Internal/customer/third-party food safety audits me support karna.




- Customer complaints ka investigation aur root-cause analysis.
- QA/QC records, checklists, logbooks aur reports maintain karna.

Qualification:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / Chemistry or relevant qualification.
- Food manufacturing industry me 2–5 years relevant experience preferred.
- HACCP, GMP, GHP aur food safety documentation ki practical knowledge.
- MS Excel & basic computer knowledge.

Salary: As per experience & interview Location: Rampur, U.P.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
