We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support quality inspection and control for our consumer electronics, switchboards, and IoT-based smart switches. The role will focus on incoming material quality, PCB/PCBA inspection, soldering quality, assembly quality, and production process compliance, including coordination with EMS suppliers to ensure consistent and defect-free PCBA quality.
Key Responsibities:
- Perform incoming material quality checks and control for components, PCBs, and other materials received from suppliers.
- Inspect and verify soldering quality and identify common soldering defects.
- Provide quality feedback to EMS suppliers and coordinate corrective actions to ensure 100% valuable / defect-free PCBA supply.
- Perform visual inspection of PCB/PCBA for component placement, polarity, soldering, and assembly defects.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of electronic products.
- Identify, record, and report quality defects, rejections, and rework requirements.
- Verify products against BOMs, drawings, specifications, and approved samples.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues and recurring defects.
- Maintain quality inspection records, defect reports, and checklists.
