· Precision Inspection: Conduct in-process and final inspection of complex CNC machined parts, Molded Parts and Sheet metal parts.

· Line & Assembly Inspection: Perform routine quality checks across the manufacturing line and final assembly stages.

· Inbound Inspection: Inspect incoming raw materials, vendor components, and technical specifications against engineering standards.

· Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret complex mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints.

· GD&T; Expertise: Apply high-level proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) to aerospace schematics.

· Quality Documentation: Draft Daily Quality Reports, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and log non-conformance data.

· Component Traceability: Maintain rigorous records of raw material test certificates and machining dimensions to ensure 100% traceability.

· Root Cause Analysis: Utilize basic quality tools to troubleshoot and resolve recurring defects.

Skills Required





· Industry Experience: Practical experience working in a precision CNC machine shop, fabrication, or assembly environment for atleast 1 year—specifically handling Aluminium, Stainless Steel and plastics.

· Quality Systems: Interpretation and understanding of standards ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems (QMS).

· Technical Skills: Precision measuring instruments, GD&T.;

· Measurements Skills: Knowledge in using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Microscope, and Slip Gauges.

· Soft Skills: Explicit and effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with production floor supervisors and cross-functional teams.

· Aptitude: Analysis and problem solving.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
