Job Responsibilities

- Perform in-process and final inspection of CNC/VMC machined components.

- Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

- Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, and Dial Gauge.

- Read and interpret 2D drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and machining specifications.

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

- Identify dimensional and process-related defects and coordinate with production for corrective action.

- Monitor quality during CNC/VMC machining processes.

- Conduct First Piece Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.

- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality problems.

- Maintain rejection, rework,



and customer complaint records.

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

- Support internal and customer audits when required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes.

- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;.

- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.

- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and basic problem-solving techniques.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 will be an advantage.

- Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
