Job description:

Required a candidate who is valuable in -

1. Inspect the container's cargo arrived at the respective cold store and report.
2. Supervise and Follow the container unloading as per the packing list and retrieve temperature logger from the container.
3. Perform random sampling for quality inspection of the fresh fruits boxes arrived at Cold Store.
4. Follow all the relative fruit inspection parameter in quality inspection.
5. Carry out quality control test of the fresh fruit boxes which includes all organoleptic analysis and physiochemical analysis with respect to fruits and fill in the specific manual inspection sheets.
6. Prepare a concise report for the above performed analysis of fresh fruits and send in respective quality control group and highlight any deviation with respective to the quality.
7. Provide Video and photo evidence for the for any quality issue or required by reporting manager.
8. Retrieve and analyze temperature logger data from the respective container.
9. Upload all the concise data with photo evidence through mail with excel manual inspection sheet.

Candidate must have Intermediate computer skills
