Role & responsibilities :

- Planning and Execution: Develop and manage inspection plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with project timelines and requirements.

- Inspection and Testing: Perform inspections and quality tests to verify compliance with standards and identify defects.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze inspection and test data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to clients to meet their quality and compliance needs, ensuring satisfaction.

- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to applicable quality standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

- Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate records of inspections, testing activities, and quality findings in appropriate systems.





Preferred candidate profile: Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in quality inspection, testing, and documentation within a manufacturing or fabrication setup.

Knowledge: Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO, ASME, AWS, etc.),Inspection methods and techniques, Root Cause Analysis (RCA),Quality reporting and audit readiness

Functional Skills: Inspection planning and execution , Client communication and satisfaction, Data-driven reporting, Compliance assurance and troubleshooting

IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Familiarity with ERP / QMS software

Abilities: Robust analytical and documentation skills , Problem-solving and decision-making mindset, Customer-focused with effective communication , Ability to manage concurrent inspection tasks
