Role Description This is a full time, on-site Quality Control Engineer role based in Tirunelveli.

The Quality Control

Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting products, components, and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. Daily activities include conducting tests and measurements, documenting results, identifying nonconformities, and working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves maintaining quality records, supporting audits, and assisting in the continuous improvement of quality management systems and procedures.

The engineer will collaborate with production, engineering,



and management teams to enhance product reliability, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills for inspecting, testing, and validating products and processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly report findings and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Management principles, standards, and methodologies to support continuous improvement.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma (such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or a similar industrial workplace is beneficial.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, statistical process control, and documentation of quality procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirunelveli, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
