Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end quality processes for new product/SKU launches, from specifications to commercial release.

- Audit and assess contract manufacturers for GMP, regulatory and quality compliance.

- Define and implement quality SOPs, testing protocols, inspection processes and batch-release systems.

- Review raw materials, CoAs, pilot batches, in-process checks and finished-product testing.

- Manage deviations, OOS results, CAPA, complaints and product recalls.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian regulations, including BIS, CDSCO and Legal Metrology.

- Review product labels, claims, ingredients, packaging and shelf-life requirements.

- Establish quality agreements and vendor scorecards for manufacturers.





- Build quality systems and train internal teams on SOPs and quality processes.

Who You Are :

- 10+ years of experience in QA/QC and product testing, preferably in Pharma/FMCG.

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Pharm/M.Pharm.

- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP/FSSC quality systems.

- Experience with contract manufacturers, factory audits and CAPA closure.

- Strong understanding of analytical/microbiological testing and NABL labs.

- Proven experience in taking products from specification to commercial launch.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment with travel to manufacturer sites.
