USA, along with fully automated glass bottle lines from Pharma Lab, Vision Parenteral ensures zero-human-touch, highly sterile production. Raw materials are sourced from world-class suppliers such as LG Korea and LyondellBasell USA. The company produces a wide range of intravenous fluids and critical care infusions for domestic and international healthcare markets.

Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based at the Gorakhpur facility. The role involves monitoring and maintaining compliance with quality standards and GMP requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Daily responsibilities include reviewing batch records, performing in-process checks, supporting validation activities, and coordinating internal quality audits.

The specialist will investigate deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with production, QC,



and regulatory teams to uphold consistent product quality. The role also includes maintaining documentation, preparing quality reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Management systems, including implementation and monitoring of procedures.
- Experience with Quality Auditing, internal inspections, and compliance reviews aligned with WHO-GMP, USFDA, or EUGMP standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, parenteral products, and documentation practices in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical data and reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Gorakhpur.
- Prior experience in large volume parenterals, injectable or infusion products, and familiarity with FFS/BFS technologies is beneficial.
