nJob Summary:

nResponsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control activities for civil construction works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality requirements.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP/ITP) , method statements, checklists, and inspection procedures.
n
- Inspect civil works including earthwork, excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works .
n
- Verify construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and approved materials.
n
- Raise and close Inspection Requests (IR), NCRs, observations, and quality-related issues .
n
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.




n
- Monitor concrete pouring, cube testing, slump tests, soil testing, and other material/site tests .
n
- Review material test certificates (MTC), laboratory reports, calibration certificates, and quality documentation .
n
- Ensure proper control and traceability of construction materials and testing records.
n
- Conduct site quality inspections and maintain daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
n
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .
n
- Participate in internal, client, consultant, and third-party quality audits.
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS/ASTM/BS codes, project specifications, and HSE requirements .
n
- Maintain complete QA/QC dossiers, inspection records, test reports, as-built documentation, and handover documents .
