Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with 5+ years of experience in web/content application testing, with robust hands-on experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as OpenText TeamSite, WordPress, Sitecore, or equivalent platforms. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, UI, and cross-browser testing of CMS-based websites and digital applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UI and end-to-end testing of CMS-based applications.

- Test websites and digital applications developed using TeamSite, WordPress, Sitecore, or other CMS platforms.

- Analyze business/functional requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data.

- Validate CMS content creation, editing, publishing, workflows, approvals and content rendering.

- Test web pages, templates, components, navigation, links, forms, media and content authoring features.





- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing across desktop, tablet and mobile.

- Validate integrations between CMS and external systems/APIs.

- Identify, document, prioritize and track defects using tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps or similar.

- Perform defect retesting, regression testing and support defect resolution.

- Validate content migration and publishing across development, QA, staging and production environments.

- Conduct API/backend validation where required.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, release validation and production verification.

- Work closely with developers, CMS developers, business analysts and content teams.

- Prepare test execution reports, defect reports and QA documentation.

- Support release and deployment activities and ensure quality standards are met.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide QA status and risks.
