Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Alappuzha
Experience: 7–15 Years in Seafood / Food Processing, 5–7 years preferably in QA Manager / Senior QA role
Qualification: Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Fisheries / Microbiology or related field
Salary: As per industry standards
Key Requirements
- Experience in Value-Added Seafood Processing & Export
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP & Food Safety Systems
- Knowledge of FSSAI, export standards & customer requirements
- Experience in Audits, CAPA, RCA, complaints, traceability & recalls
- Team handling experience in QA/QC & Laboratory
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / BRCGS preferred
