ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll own the complete QA cycle for nrtureAI®, an enterprise SaaS platform built on data-driven and AI-powered features. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, data and AI teams to make sure every release is reliable, performs well and does what users need. Developers own unit and integration tests. You own everything that proves the product actually works for users.

WHAT YOU'LL FOCUS ON

- Functional and feature testing across both API and UI
- Smoke, sanity and regression testing
- Performance testing
- Agentic AI system evaluations

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Review user stories for testability and work with product, engineering and data teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design, write and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on acceptance criteria, product requirements and user stories
- Execute manual tests and validate current releases, including complex, data-intensive features
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured or pytest to validate backend services and microservices
- Perform feature testing across API and UI, validating against acceptance criteria
- Own the complete QA cycle, applying smoke, sanity, regression and performance testing strategies
- Reproduce, document and track defects in Jira, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Introduce testing practices for agentic AI system evaluations
- Maintain clear QA documentation and reports
- Monitor quality metrics (test coverage, defect leakage, pass/fail rates) and drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and standards

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 3+ years of active,



hands-on experience in software testing across web applications and APIs, and currently working in a QA role
- Strong foundation in QA and software testing, with a track record of keeping products stable and reliable
- Hands-on manual testing and test execution skills, including validating complex, data-intensive features
- Strong test planning and test case design skills
- Hands-on API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured or pytest
- Experience with smoke, sanity and regression testing
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, k6 or similar)
- Working knowledge of Jira, defect lifecycle management and QA documentation best practices
- Experience in SaaS or web application environments, ideally data or analytics products
- Basic SQL for validating data
- Understanding of test automation concepts and a willingness to work with engineering on automated coverage
- Genuine interest in AI and LLMs, and the drive to learn how agentic systems are evaluated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach and sharp attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Experience in travel, hospitality, retail or data intelligence
- Test automation experience (Playwright, Cypress or Selenium)
- Familiarity with eval tools such as Promptfoo, DeepEval or LangSmith
- Experience with microservices and CI/CD pipelines
