We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically driven Quality Assurance Engineer (Web & Mobile) to join our development hub in Goa. In this role, you will be embedded directly within a fast-paced, collaborative agile engineering team, partnering closely with front-end engineers, backend architects, and product leads. You will take ownership of end-to-end quality validation across modern web apps, native/hybrid mobile products, and microservices, ensuring our enterprise solutions meet high benchmarks for performance, reliability, and user experience.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities1. Front-End Web Application Quality (React & Angular)

- Conduct rigorous functional and visual testing of responsive web applications built on modern frameworks (React.js, Angular).
- Validate state management logic, front-end routing, dynamic component behaviors, and form validations.
- Perform multi-browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and multi-breakpoint (desktop, tablet, mobile viewports) compatibility audits.
- Identify UI/UX defects, asset rendering issues, and client-side page load bottlenecks.

1. Mobile Application Testing (React Native / Hybrid & Native)

- Execute end-to-end testing cycles across physical devices and emulators for both Android and iOS environments.
- Validate mobile-specific features: gestures, navigation flows, hardware integrations, push notifications, deep links, and device permissions.
- Validate app performance across varying OS versions, fragmented screen resolutions, and changing network conditions (offline modes, 3G/4G/5G, network drops).
- Lead pre-release sanity checks, smoke runs, and app store deployment readiness verifications.

1. API & Backend Integration Validation





- Verify RESTful API contracts, data flows, and schema accuracy between user interfaces and backend services using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate API payload responses, HTTP status codes, error handling mechanisms, rate limits, and edge-case boundaries.
- Write and execute standard SQL queries to inspect relational database states, confirm data integrity, and validate end-to-end transaction persistence.

1. Test Automation & CI/CD Enablement

- Design, build, and maintain robust, reusable automated test suites for critical regression pathways.
- Leverage modern web automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) and mobile test drivers (Appium).
- Integrate test execution suites into CI/CD build pipelines to enable continuous testing, shorten release cycles, and maximize test coverage.

1. Defect Lifecycle, Agile Delivery & Quality Governance

- Log, classify, and track bugs through JIRA or Azure DevOps with unambiguous reproduction steps, screen captures, logs, and business-severity assessments.
- Partner directly with software engineers during sprint cycles to debug edge cases, isolate root causes, and retest bug fixes quickly.
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings—serving as the voice of product quality.

Candidate ProfileEducational Qualifications
- Degree: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
