Position: Quality Analyst/Assurance Executive Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 4 Years Shift: Night Shift Location: near Sukhmani Enclave, Ludhiana Job Summary :
- We are looking for a responsible and alert Quality Analyst/Assurance Executive to monitor night-time security duties and ensure guards are performing their responsibilities properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and surprise night inspections to assess operational standards and duty compliance. Monitor security personnel and verify attendance, alertness, discipline, and adherence to assigned responsibilities . Identify operational gaps, including absence, sleeping on duty, negligence, or non-compliance , and promptly escalate significant observations to management. Maintain structured records of inspections, findings, incidents, and corrective requirements. Prepare concise inspection and performance reports highlighting key observations and areas requiring management attention.
Follow up on reported concerns and communicate relevant updates to management. Support management in maintaining consistent service standards, accountability, and operational discipline across night operations.

- Graduate preferred; freshers with positive observation and communication skills may also apply . Comfortable working during night hours and visiting assigned locations. Good communication, observation, and reporting skills. Basic/Good computer knowledge. Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
