Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Automation Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of internal software and tools.

The engineer will create and execute test cases, perform manual testing where necessary, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements, defining test strategies, improving QA processes, and tracking test results to support timely, high-quality releases.



The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and ensuring best practices in software testing and automation are followed.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with experience in validating functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to design, write, and maintain structured Test Cases and test plans aligned with business and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing for exploratory, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in QA Automation, including creating automated scripts, working with automation frameworks, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools, and basic knowledge of version control systems.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to document issues clearly and concisely.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce technology environments is an advantage.
