Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Quality Analysts for an International Voice Process. The role involves monitoring customer interactions, identifying quality gaps, and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 4–10 years of experience in Voice Process Quality Assurance.
- Mandatory International Voice Process experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in call monitoring and call auditing.
- Knowledge of QA scorecards, SOPs, compliance and RCA.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.




- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred.
