Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer (Assistant) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the Quality Assurance (QA) department in implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving product performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QA systems and procedures.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and assembly.
- Monitor and report on product quality performance metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and suggest corrective/preventive actions.
- Support internal and external audits, including ISO and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with production, R&D;, and service teams to improve product quality.




- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records as per company and industry standards.
- Conduct incoming material inspections and vendor quality checks.
- Participate in calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
- 0–1 year of experience in a quality or production role; freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and QA/QC principles.
- Familiarity with quality tools (5 Why, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.) is a plus.
- Positive communication skills (written and verbal).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
