Position: Quality Analyst – Night Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Quality Analyst to monitor night-time security duties and ensure guards are performing their responsibilities properly.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct planned and surprise night inspections to assess operational standards and duty compliance.
- Monitor security personnel and verify attendance, alertness, discipline, and adherence to assigned responsibilities.
- Identify operational gaps, including absence, sleeping on duty, negligence, or non-compliance, and promptly escalate significant observations to management.
- Maintain structured records of inspections, findings, incidents, and corrective requirements.
- Prepare concise inspection and performance reports highlighting key observations and areas requiring management attention.
- Follow up on reported concerns and communicate relevant updates to management.
- Support management in maintaining consistent service standards, accountability,



and operational discipline across night operations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred; freshers with good observation and communication skills may also apply.
- Comfortable working during night hours and visiting assigned locations.
- Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Basic/Positive computer knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
