Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Quality Analyst specializing in Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud.

The Quality

Analyst will design and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations, ensuring that configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations meet specified requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include validating data integrity, performing regression and functional testing, documenting defects, and working closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues. The role also involves creating and maintaining QA documentation, contributing to process improvements,



and supporting release management activities to ensure stable and high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret requirements, evaluate system behavior, and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, covering test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Knowledge of Quality Management practices, including process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement within a QA framework.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly report findings and recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud testing, including workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and integrations.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., manual testing techniques, basic automation concepts, issue tracking tools such as Jira or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic, product-focused environment.
