Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology and laboratory practices.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Robust learning attitude, discipline and attention to detail.
Preferred: Candidates with pharmaceutical internship / industrial training exposure may be given preference. Current industry postings similarly list pharma internship and basic QC microbiology exposure as useful for fresher roles.
