We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Head - QHSE & ESG to lead the organization's Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and ESG initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing operational excellence, promoting sustainability practices, and strengthening employee and client experience through effective governance and grievance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership to build and sustain a strong safety culture across the organization.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve QHSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.

- Lead workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality management initiatives across multiple locations.

- Design and manage robust internal and external audit programs, ensuring timely closure of observations and corrective actions.

- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, ensuring preventive measures are implemented.

- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports, dashboards, and trend analysis for senior leadership.

- Drive competency development initiatives through training, coaching, assessments, and skill evaluation programs for operational teams.

- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure consistent QHSE implementation and compliance across all operations.





- Facilitate continuous improvement programs and support the achievement of annual QHSE objectives.

- Lead ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational sustainability goals and client requirements.

- Support clients and operational teams in achieving ESG commitments and sustainability targets.

- Develop and oversee grievance management and helpdesk processes to effectively monitor, track, and resolve employee concerns and client escalations.

- Present QHSE and ESG updates at leadership and management review meetings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline.

- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within Facilities Management, Integrated Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or related industries.

- Demonstrated experience in ESG implementation, audit management, and regulatory compliance.

- Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
