Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector – Footwear / Apparel

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to oversee production quality for our footwear line. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-line production, and finished products to ensure all items meet strict quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-line and final quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished footwear.
- Identify defects related to stitching, bonding, sole attachment, color consistency, sizing, and finishing.
- Verify measurements, overall appearance, fit, and packaging standards against product specifications.
- Log inspection reports and daily defect records; coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma, ITI,
or Graduation in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in quality control within footwear, leather goods, or apparel manufacturing.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge in footwear construction or garment manufacturing are welcome to apply.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain clear inspection logs.
