Role & responsibilities

- Participate in training sessions to understand software testing principles, methodologies, and testing tools used within the organization.

- Giving Training session to clients for Software understanding.

- Acquire a strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and testing best practices.

- Execute test cases based on predefined test plans and requirements.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and other issues encountered during testing.

- Log defects accurately and promptly into the defect tracking system, providing clear and detailed steps to reproduce the identified issues.

- Follow up on the status of reported defects to ensure their resolution.

- Assist in creating and maintaining test artifacts, including test cases, test scripts, test data, and test reports.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test documentation processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including developers, business analysts, and senior testers, to clarify requirements and contribute to the overall quality of the product.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in software testing to enhance testing skills and knowledge.

- Assist in setting up and configuring the testing environment, ensuring it aligns with the requirements of the testing process.

- Support in preparing or acquiring relevant test data required for testing various scenarios.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver is mandatory.





- Strong understanding of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, SDLC, and STLC.

- Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and UI Testing.

- Experience in bug identification, documentation, tracking, retesting, and closure.

- Working knowledge of API Testing using Postman.

- Familiarity with Jira or similar project/bug-tracking tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing will be an advantage.

- Coordinate with developers, product, operations, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Track development tasks, bugs, project timelines, releases, and deliverables.

- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Maintain project trackers, QA reports, documentation, and status updates.

- Coordinate testing and validation before product releases/deployments.

- Understand business requirements and ensure they are correctly communicated and implemented by the tech team.

- Identify project dependencies, delays, and blockers and ensure timely escalation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in logistics, shipping aggregation, e-commerce, SaaS, or other tech-based platforms will be preferred.

- Understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, order/shipment workflows, tracking, NDR/RTO, COD, and billing processes will be an added advantage.
