Job Title: QA/QC – MEP

Job Summary The QA/QC – MEP is responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance across MEP works for commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves inspecting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, and other MEP installations to ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and client requirements.

The position will coordinate with project, site, design, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to identify quality issues, ensure timely corrective actions, and maintain all necessary quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesQA/QC – MEP

- Implement project-specific QA/QC procedures and quality standards for MEP works.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations and site activities.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, PHE, firefighting, fire alarm, and other MEP systems.
- Prepare and coordinate Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensure timely inspection approvals.
- Identify quality issues, deviations,



and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor and close NCRs, observations, snag lists, and punch points.
- Verify materials delivered to site against approved material submittals and specifications.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and maintain relevant records.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and documentation of MEP systems.

Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Review MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, and specifications.
- Ensure site execution is in accordance with the latest approved drawings and revisions.
- Coordinate with Design, MEP, Project, and Site teams regarding technical and quality requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site execution and coordinate necessary resolutions.
- Maintain records of approved drawings, revisions, RFIs, and technical submissions.

Quality Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain MEP inspection reports, checklists

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
