Job Summary

JBBR Group is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, IS standards, safety requirements, and company quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection plans for construction projects.
- Monitor quality of civil, structural, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and interior works at project sites.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors for quality-related issues.
- Review Method Statements, Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality documentation.
- Ensure testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, blocks, tiles, and waterproofing materials as per IS standards.
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective/preventive action reports.
- Identify quality deviations and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Monitor finishing quality,



snagging, and handover inspections before project completion.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and statutory construction standards.
- Train site teams and contractors on quality standards and best construction practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in QA/QC or Quality Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Required
- 8–12 years of experience in QA/QC for residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
- Experience with real estate developers or construction companies is preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, waterproofing, and MEP quality standards.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, construction quality procedures, and testing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and construction ERP/quality management software (Farvision experience preferred).

- Experience in managing QA/QC activities for multiple construction sites.
- Solid analytical, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and consultants.
- Ability to work under project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
