– QA Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have solid experience in plastic manufacturing processes, particularly ISBM, IM, and IBM, along with sound knowledge of quality systems, audits, GMP, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall QA/QC function and ensure product and process quality.
- Ensure quality compliance across ISBM, Injection Moulding (IM), and Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) processes.
- Plan and conduct internal, external, customer, and ISO audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Ensure effective implementation of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and BMR documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, RCA, 8D, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor and reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
- Ensure implementation of FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, PPAP/APQP,



wherever applicable.
- Lead and develop the QA/QC team and conduct quality-related training.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, R&D;, Purchase, and other departments for quality improvement.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports and improvement plans to the Plant Head and GM.

Candidate Profile

- 12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in plastics, packaging, or related manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on exposure to ISBM, IM & IBM processes.
- Experience in ISO auditing, GMP, BMR, CAPA, customer audits, and quality documentation.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Good leadership, analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Qualification

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Plastics, Chemical, or a related field. Preferred: Certification/qualification in Quality Management, ISO, GMP, or Six Sigma.
