Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA strategy for core banking, online banking, and payment systems.

- Lead and mentor the QA team, setting best practices and testing standards.

- Ensure test coverage for critical workflows: account management, transactions, loans, and payments.

- Design and implement test strategies (manual automation).

- Coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders and compliance teams.

- Own defect management, risk assessment, and release sign-off.

- Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams.

Experience

- 3 years in QA/testing, with 1 years in a QA lead or manager role.

- Hands-on experience in testing banking, credit union, or financial services software will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with core banking platforms, payment gateways, and digital banking systems.

- Solid experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and API testing.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
