Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA/QC professional with 5–7 years of adaptable packaging experience to build and manage quality function from the ground up. The role will establish robust systems, testing standards, documentation and shopfloor quality discipline as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

- QA/QC System Setup: Build SOPs, specifications, inspection standards, control plans, documentation, batch traceability and quality records.

- Quality Control: Own incoming, in-process and finished-product inspection; define sampling plans, acceptance criteria and product release procedures.

- Packaging Testing: Establish testing for OTR, WVTR, COF, tensile strength, seal strength, hot tack, haze, gloss, thickness/GSM, adhesion/bond strength and other relevant parameters.

- Quality Systems & Audits: Develop ISO/BRC documentation, audit readiness, internal controls, calibration practices and closure of audit observations.

- Customer Complaints: Lead complaint investigation, RCA, CAPA and effectiveness checks; work with Production/R&D; to prevent recurrence.

- NPD & Trials:



Support new product development, material qualification, production trials, scale-up and establishment of product specifications.

- Shopfloor Quality: Train Production/QC teams, establish quality discipline and drive a Right-First-Time culture.

Ideal Candidate

- 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in flexible packaging, films, laminates, coatings or related packaging manufacturing.

- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Packaging Technology, Chemistry or related field.

- Strong practical knowledge of flexible packaging materials, manufacturing processes and laboratory testing.

- Experience in ISO/BRC systems, RCA/CAPA, audits, calibration and quality documentation.

- Hands-on, analytical and process-oriented; comfortable building systems in a start-up / high-growth manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
