Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of SaaS/Product-based applications.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, JUnit, API Testing, Postman, and SQL, along with a strong understanding of software testing processes and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test strategies.

- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT testing.

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and JUnit.

- Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST APIs.

- Write and execute SQL queries for backend/database validation.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira.

- Perform end-to-end testing across different application modules and releases.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams throughout the development and release lifecycle.

- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, test planning, and release testing.

- Contribute to automation initiatives and improve overall test coverage.

- Support continuous quality improvement by identifying gaps in existing testing processes.

- Ensure defects are properly documented, retested, and closed within defined timelines.





Must-Have Skills

- 2–6 years of hands-on QA/Testing experience.

- Robust experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.

- Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver.

- Strong programming experience in Java.

- Hands-on experience with JUnit.

- Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT Testing.

- Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman and REST APIs.

- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.

- Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with Jira for defect/issue tracking.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with SaaS or Product-based applications.

- Exposure to Git/version control systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

- Experience integrating or executing automation suites through CI/CD.

- Understanding of API automation or broader test automation frameworks.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and release processes.

- Experience contributing to test automation strategy and framework improvements.
