Job Summary

Aayuritz Phytonutrients Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QA & QC Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the Nutraceutical, Herbal, Food, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.

The candidate will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including raw material and finished product quality, in-process quality monitoring, documentation, batch record review, laboratory testing, regulatory compliance, and coordination with Production, R&D;, Purchase and Store departments.

Key Responsibilities – QA

- Ensure implementation of GMP, GHP, SOPs and quality systems across manufacturing activities.
- Review and maintain BMR, BPR, SOPs, specifications, formats and quality records.
- Perform line clearance before manufacturing and packing activities.
- Monitor in-process manufacturing and packing activities.
- Review batch documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Handle deviations, OOS, non-conformances, CAPA and RCA.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI and food safety requirements.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation and housekeeping practices.
- Review COA, test reports and other quality-related documents.
- Support product release and batch documentation activities.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Store and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities – QC

- Sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials and finished products.
- Perform physical, chemical and other applicable quality tests as per approved specifications.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports and QC documentation.
- Verify supplier COA against approved specifications.
- Maintain retention/control samples.




- Monitor laboratory equipment calibration and verification records.
- Identify and report abnormal or out-of-specification results.
- Coordinate with external/NABL laboratories for specialized testing where required.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports and analytical records.
- Support investigation of OOS/OOT results and quality failures.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain proper GDP/GLP/GMP documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and traceability of quality records.
- Prepare and maintain QC/QA formats, checklists and registers.
- Ensure proper documentation of sampling, testing, approval and rejection.
- Support preparation and closure of audit observations.
- Maintain records related to complaints, deviations, CAPA and quality incidents.

Required Qualification

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology or related field.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates may also apply.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC.
- Experience in Nutraceutical / Herbal / Food / Pharmaceutical / FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of GMP, GHP, FSSAI and quality systems.
- Knowledge of BMR/BPR, SOP, COA, specifications and testing procedures.
- Understanding of OOS, OOT, Deviation, CAPA and RCA.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with Production, R&D;, Store, Purchase and other departments.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Nutraceutical, Herbal, Ayurvedic, Food Supplement, Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and interview performance.
