Python Full Stack Developer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (On-site)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, from designing interactive user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks to building robust, scalable backend services using Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI. The role will also involve web automation using Selenium, API development and database-driven applications.

A successful candidate will have a good understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a "customer-first" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development: Design and implement server-side logic using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Frontend Integration: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
- API Design: Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI for seamless communication between frontend, backend, and third-party services.
- Web Automation: Develop and maintain browser automation, web scraping, and data-extraction solutions using Selenium WebDriver and Python.
- Performance & Scaling: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve speed, scalability, and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests (using PyTest), and maintain high standards for documentation and clean code.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python development or full stack application development.
- Core Python: Solid knowledge of Python and its core concepts (OOPs, Data Structures, Regular Expressions, Exception Handling).
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and/or FastAPI.
- Web Automation: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, browser automation, web scraping, or automated data extraction.
- Database: Proficiency in MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS; knowledge of SQL queries, joins, database concepts, and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) libraries.
- API Development: Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs, working with JSON, and integrating third-party APIs.
- Frontend: Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing: Familiarity with PyTest, Selenium-based testing, debugging, and application testing.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to troubleshoot application, API, automation, and database-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, or similar ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with Pandas or other Python data-processing libraries.
- Exposure to Linux environments and deployment of Python applications.
