As a manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Product Control Specialist to manage and optimize the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a focus on Product Control.

Responsibilities :

SAP FICO Configuration &

- Support :
- Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules, especially in areas related to Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Cost Center Accounting.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).

Product Control &

- Financial Oversight :
- Support product control processes including cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.

Business Process Optimization :

- Analyze current business processes and recommend SAP solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.




- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement solutions.

Project Management &

- Implementation :
- Lead or support SAP FICO-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and current implementations.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.

Documentation &

- Compliance :
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements :

- Mandatory : SAP FICO with a strong focus on Product Control.
- Preferred : SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Product Costing).
- Education : BE/B. Tech/MBA/MCA/M. Tech/CA/ICWA.
