Drive Supply Chain Excellence Through Proactive Procurement

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Purchaser to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of materials, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting business continuity through effective order management and supply assurance. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable supply chain performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, from issuance to delivery confirmation.
- Follow up on supplier order confirmations and delivery commitments. • Monitor open orders, expedite critical materials, and proactively address supply risks.
- Maintain accurate procurement data and update ERP systems with supplier commitments.
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure material availability.
- Resolve delivery, quantity, pricing, and scheduling discrepancies with suppliers.




- Prepare procurement reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support supplier performance management, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Any undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates who are residing in Kerala or willing to relocate.
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Materials Management is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
