Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business

Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors

Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries

Communicating with management regularly regarding the productive flow of goods and services affecting production

Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement

Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages

Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary

Working closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable

Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Determine key supply chain KPIs.

Suggest and implement process improvement solutions.

Organize monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;).

Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Train and evaluate team and others as appropriate.

Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors





Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.

Negotiate pricing and terms for raw materials and packaging

Manage the full MRP & ERP processes for optimizing the manufacturing schedule in alignment with sales forecast and stock level target

Organize procurement of raw materials and packaging and ensure of management stock.

Organize shipping of client orders worldwide.

Train and mentor employees, including reinforcement of safety guidelines.

Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.

Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.

Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
