Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End IT Procurement

Manage the complete procurement cycle from requirement gathering → vendor sourcing → quotation → negotiation → comparative analysis → purchase order → delivery → invoice coordination → closure.

- Procure IT hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, AV/VC, surveillance and related technology products.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Execution, Accounts and Management teams.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with project specifications, customer requirements, timelines and approved budgets.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for ongoing projects and customer orders.

2. OEM &
- Distribution Network

Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, national distributors, regional distributors, system integrators and authorized channel partners.

- Obtain competitive project pricing, special bid pricing, deal registration and promotional pricing wherever applicable.
- Develop direct and indirect sourcing channels for better pricing and availability.
- Maintain updated knowledge of distributor stock positions, product availability and market pricing.
- Leverage vendor relationships to achieve better pricing, credit terms, priority allocation and delivery timelines.
- Develop new OEM/distributor relationships for emerging product categories.

Commercial

Negotiation &

- Cost Optimization

Negotiate pricing, discounts, credit terms, payment terms, warranty, AMC, logistics and delivery conditions.

- Obtain the best possible purchase price without compromising quality or project requirements.
- Identify alternative brands/products to improve margins and availability.
- Benchmark market prices across multiple vendors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through volume purchasing, alternate sourcing, rate contracts and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Support Sales and Management in maintaining healthy project margins.

5.

Project

Procurement

Handle procurement for government, PSU, enterprise and corporate IT projects.

- Study project BOQs, tender requirements and technical specifications from a procurement perspective.
- Ensure procurement is completed within committed project timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales and Execution teams for project-specific procurement planning.
- Anticipate long-lead items and initiate procurement well in advance.
- Track orders until complete delivery and project closure.
- Handle urgent procurement requirements efficiently.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
