Role Description The Purchase Manager for Canada Opportunities will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities related to Canada-focused services, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supply agreements that support immigration and consulting operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves monitoring inventory and office supplies, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services essential to the consultancy’s work.

The role includes preparing purchase orders and reports, analyzing cost efficiency,



and aligning procurement decisions with budget and compliance requirements.

Manager will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and consulting teams to forecast procurement needs, maintain accurate records, and support smooth day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience in inventory management and cost analysis to support effective and budget-conscious purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in using procurement or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in records and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role; exposure to professional services or consulting environments is beneficial.
