Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Ganapathy, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with good knowledge of Tally and purchase processes to manage procurement, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain purchase records.
- Enter and maintain purchase-related transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and verify purchase invoices, bills, and related documents.
- Coordinate with accounts regarding purchase bills, payments, and vendor accounts.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with stores, production, quality, and accounts departments.
- Monitor material requirements and stock availability.
- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.




- Resolve issues related to pricing, quantity, quality, invoices, and delivery.
- Ensure purchases are made at competitive prices and as per company requirements.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Must have working knowledge of Tally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience in purchase entries, invoice handling, and vendor accounts in Tally is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
