: About the Role Oversee procurement of construction materials and services for urban development projects. Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationships. Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality & compliance. Coordinate with project teams to forecast materials & inventory needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or related field. 2-3 years experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in construction/real estate. Strong negotiation & contract management skills. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems; detail-oriented & analytical.
