- – Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager – HotelFor Purchase Manager: Additionally responsible for vendor management, team supervision, procurement planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, and overall cost control.

- Handle procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping items, stationery, maintenance materials, and other hotel supplies.

- Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations.

- Negotiate price, quality, credit terms, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

- Coordinate with Stores, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounts, and other departments.

- Ensure timely delivery and proper quality of purchased items.

- Maintain vendor records, purchase documents, and inventory-related records.

- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Resolve supplier issues regarding quality, quantity, and delivery.

- Ensure purchases follow hotel policies and approval procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
