Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Account Manager (TAM) to drive PTC enterprise software sales across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and acquire new logos across the manufacturing and engineering industry.
- Drive sales of PTC solutions across CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM and related enterprise technologies.
- Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with CXO/C-level stakeholders and conduct business-focused solution conversations.
- Understand customer business challenges and position enterprise solutions aligned to their digital transformation needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with PTC OEM,
pre-sales and technical teams to drive strategic opportunities.
Key Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or Engineering Software Sales.
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong recent-logo hunting and enterprise solution-selling experience.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing/engineering ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
