Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and administer PROXY solutions in a 24/7 NOC setting

- Handle incident, problem, service request, and change management for PROXY setup

- Assist with day-to-day BAU and MACD configuration changes

- Proactively monitor network infrastructure using monitoring tools to isolate events before service degradation

- Support incident monitoring and incident analysis/response initiatives

- Coordinate with users to resolve trouble tickets and troubleshoot OSI Model layers 1, 2, and 3

- Apply security patches as required

- Conduct daily performance checks, periodic audits, and compliance verification

- Perform immediate troubleshooting for network outages as reported by users and operational personnel

- Deploy and maintain access and security policies for PROXY solutions

- Coordinate with OEMs for TAC support, RMA, replacement, and reconfiguration

- Maintain device configuration backups as per agreed schedule

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹457,000.00 per year
