Experience - 8–10 years in Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC / Engineering / Proposal / Process

Design

Experience in Solar, Semiconductor, Electronics, or other high-purity manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Job Purpose To lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Water & Wastewater Treatment projects, with specific focus on Solar, Semiconductor, Electronics, and other advanced manufacturing industries.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing treatment schemes, preparing process designs and technical submissions, coordinang with engineering/procurement teams,

obtaining and evaluang vendor quotaons, developing project cosng, and preparing compeve techno-commercial offers.

Key Responsibilies

Study and interpret RFQ, tender documents, customer specificaons, BOQ, P&IDs;, process descripons, water analysis and design criteria.

Idenfy technical requirements, exclusions, deviaons, assumpons, and commercial risks.

Develop appropriate Water & Wastewater Treatment process schemes based on feed-water characteriscs and customer requirements.

Prepare

Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentaon Diagrams (P&ID;), Water balance, Process calculaons, Equipment sizing, Equipment datasheets,



Technical specificaons, BOQ/BOM, Ulity calculaons, Chemical consumpon calculaons, Power consumpon esmates

Prepare technical compliance statements against customer specificaons.

Idenfy technical deviaons and propose cost-effecve alternaves.

Solar / Semiconductor / Electronics Industry

Candidates should preferably have exposure to water and wastewater systems associated with:

Solar manufacturing

- Solar cell / module manufacturing
- Wafer manufacturing
- High-TDS and chemical wastewater
- Acid / alkali wastewater
- Fluoride-containing wastewater
- Metal-bearing wastewater
- Wastewater recovery and reuse
- ZLD systems

Semiconductor manufacturing

- UPW / high-purity water systems
- Process wastewater
- Acid and alkali wastewater
- Fluoride wastewater
- CMP wastewater
- Solvent / chemical wastewater
- Metal-bearing wastewater
- Segregaon and treatment of different wastewater streams
- Water recovery and recycling

Electronics manufacturing

- PCB and electronic component manufacturing wastewater
- Acid / alkaline streams
- Metal-containing wastewater
- Chemical wastewater
- RO reject management
- Recycle and recovery systems

Understanding of stream segregaon, chemical compability, high-recovery systems, water recycling, and wastewater minimizaon will be an advantage.
