About the Role

We are looking for a Property Scout Executive to visit and document properties available for sale or rent across assigned areas of Bengaluru.

The main responsibility is to visit properties, take clear photos and videos, collect basic property details, and share the information with the Zorba Estates team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Explore assigned areas and coordinate property visits with owners or representatives.
- Take clear and presentable photos of the properties.
- Capture photos of rooms, interiors, exteriors, parking, frontage, and other important areas.
- Take short property videos when required.
- Collect basic property information such as location, property type, size, price/rent, and availability.




- Share property photos, videos, and details with the internal team through WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with property owners regarding property access and visit timings.
- Ensure accurate information is collected during every property visit.
- Complete assigned field visits within the required timelines.

Requirements
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone camera and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
